On Saturday, July 19th, 2025, the Historic Downtown of Mexicali pulsed with indie soul during a night of heat, cheers, and electric guitars. The venue was the now-iconic KUP, filled with grunge atmosphere, moody lights, and a passionate crowd.
Among the standout performances was Bokeh, whose dreamy soundscapes set the tone — but it was LOS MARTES who truly owned the night, closing the show with raw energy and heartfelt emotion.
Their setlist felt like a rollercoaster of feelings: we sang along to Paseo, fell in love with Amo verte, danced to Zapatos, and swayed with Pijamas. It was an intimate journey through the band’s growing legacy.
Then came the surprise of the night — a brand new song, unexpectedly led by bassist Omar Velasco Soto, who stepped up to the mic for the very first time. His heartfelt performance was met with roaring applause and thrilled screams, proving once again that LOS MARTES knows how to keep their loyal audience moved and amazed.

It was a magical night — the kind that leaves a mark on the collective memory of a city that truly loves its music.
